Compact system for manual laser welding

In BlackLight system laser radiation is fed to the working area through a flexible optic cable. The operator performs laser welding by moving the optic cable with a special holder.

By selecting the impulse parameters, such as duration, beam diameter and energy, the operator can achieve the required depth and thickness of the weld. All welding parameters are shown on the display.

The fiber optic cable holder is used for manual welding.

It allows the user to perform laser welding of complex shapes and welding in hard-to-reach places.

When used during welding, the protective gas is fed to the welding zone directly through the hole in the holder.

Blacklight laser welding system is controlled using a special built-in panel.

This panel allows to adapt the welding parameters to various materials and tasks by quickly changing:

  • pulse duration;
  • pulse frequency;
  • pulse shape;
  • emission power.
