Kalugapribor JSC is the electrical devices plant for manufacture of modern electronic equipment and telecommunications. The enterprise is equipped with high-tech equipment that allows assembling electronic elements of any complexity.
To expand production and optimize the manufacturing process for control panels, Kalugapribor JSC turned to Laser Center with an assignment to manufacture a laser complex for deep engraving in accordance with the requirements of GOST 26.008-85 for products made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys (including those with a paint and varnish coating), plastic products (ABS, PC, PE, PVC, etc.), rubber, semiconductors and other basic materials.
In May 2015, Laser Center manufactured a laser complex based on the MiniMarker 2 M-50 laser marking system with a 3-axis 600 x 600 x 600 mm movement system.
The specialists of the Laser Center commisioned the system and trained the company's personnel.
As specialists of Kalugapribor JSC noted, the quality and speed of working on the new laser complex MiniMarker 2 M-50 surpassed working on similar laser systems by other manufacturers.
Laser Center created a specialized work table with a Z-axis that travels up to 600 mm.
Laser Center installed a specialized enclosure to protect personnel during work and provide Class I laser safety. There are two special windows to control and monitor the operation of the system, they do not transmit laser radiation.
The Y-axis consists of two active linear drives, mechanically synchronized with a shaft. This design allows reducing play and increasing the accuracy of movement.
