LED illumination is installed in the lower part of the marking head. It provides additional illumination of the working area, greatly facilitating the work of the operator.

Focus assist laser

Focusing is the process of adjusting the position of the lens relative to the workpiece to achieve the best processing result. In our laser systems, a green auxiliary laser is built into the marking head at an angle to the optical axis of the lens, it helps to visually determine the position of the focal plane.

Z-axis electric drive

The Z-axis electric drive allows automatically moving the marking head vertically, which is useful for marking products of various thickness and for automating the focusing process.

Air exhaust systems

Air exhaust systems ensure the exhaust of air from the laser processing area and its subsequent purification from combustion products, smoke and odors.

Depending on the model, design and configuration of the laser system, Laser Center could recommend air exhaust systems from ULT (Germany), NEVA, or SovPlym (Russia).
